Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–72 hours after receiving your confirmation email. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer free shipping on orders over $40.
Orders under this threshold are charged a flat shipping fee of $4.86.
Domestic Shipping (US & Canada)
Standard delivery times range from 4–8 business days, depending on your location and the method selected at checkout.
These delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries.
Delivery times and rates vary by destination.
Customs, duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
KEVEA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If you require further assistance after contacting the carrier, you may reach out to us at info@keveanails.com, but we are not obligated to replace or refund orders that the carrier confirms as delivered or lost in transit.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

The outer packaging

The shipping label
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.
KEVEA is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Delays caused by address errors

Re-shipping due to customer-provided address inaccuracies
If an incorrect address is provided, and the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for placing a new order if the carrier cannot recover or reroute the package.
