Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return.
Returns must be approved by KEVEÄ before any item is sent back. Items returned without prior approval are automatically rejected and will not be refunded.

To request a return, contact us at info@keveanails.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product(s) and packaging

  • Reason for the return

We respond as soon as possible. Approval is not guaranteed.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Free of wear, residue, or damage

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Used or opened cosmetic items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Product packaging, labeling, and external markings may vary from product photos shown on our website. Some items may arrive with supplier or manufacturer branding. These differences do not affect product quality and are not considered defects.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on the basis of logo, branding, or packaging variations.

If your return is approved, we will send a return label and instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
You must notify us within 48 hours if an item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Photo or video evidence of both the product and the packaging is required for all damage claims.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items sent back without approval

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or promotional items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition it was received

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Banks and card processors may require additional time to post the refund.

  • Return shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
