Where and how can I make a return?

To initiate a return, send us an email forwarding your order confirmation email that you received from us to info@shopkevea.com

We accept all returns under certain conditions. Please visit our return policy to be aware of those conditions.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically shipping times will take from 6 to 14 days.

Why we created KEVEÄ?

KEVEÄ at its origin was created to solve a growing issue in society. What is the root cause of people bitting their nails? We concentrated our efforts on the psychological behaviour that leads 30% of the planet to reach for their hands and nails in moments of stress, discomfort, anxiety, or simply plain reflexes. The fundamentals of nail bitting often come from an event that triggered this habit, may it be at a younger age or later in a lifetime. Our mission is simple, we want to shine light on an unresolved habit that affects 1 in 4 person around you. We will progressively thrive to make this rooted problem a thing of the past by using our renowned nail polish solution, increments of technology, and incentive driven programs to eventually make ALL nails longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is at a $4.95 flat fee for all orders under $50. We do offer free shipping if certain conditions are met. Feel free to visit our Discounts & Offers page to learn more about this!

How can I track my order?

You will be sent an email within 72h of your purchase that includes a tracking number.

If you do not receive the confirmation email and tracking number from us within the delay, please give us a heads up!
